One of our partnership SEN provisions in Enfield are looking for an SEN Behaviour Mentor to join their team!

In this role as an SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will support children with a variety of needs including:

  • Autism
  • SEMH
  • Physical behaviours

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school/care setting or through personal experience
  • A kind and caring approach to working with children
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and environments
  • The ability to take initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Full time availability within school hours

  • Profound and Multiple learning disabilities (PMLD)
  • Physical disabilities
  • Sensory impairments including Hearing and Visual

The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have:

  • Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs in a school/care setting or through personal experience
  • A kind and caring approach to working with children
  • The ability to adapt to new situations and environments
  • The ability to take initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Full time availability within school hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
