Job Title: SEN 1:1
Location: East of England, Essex, Tilbury
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one support for a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Implement individual education plans as directed by the SEN Coordinator
- Assist with academic and social development activities
- Monitor and track student progress and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's education
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN
- Understanding of SEN support strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of the student
Education:
- Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related field
- Additional training in SEN support is desirable
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in supporting students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily within a school setting OR home setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
