We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant who is interested in working with Special Educational Needs across Primary. The main focus of the role will be to help the Behavior Management team implement behavior plans within the classroom. You would be supporting 1:1 and at times supporting the whole class where you would observe, plan interventions and improve behavior.

The successful candidate will be hard working and committed, and will be able to inspire, motivate and encourage children at all levels. We are looking for a team player who can support both the children in their care and the teachers with whom they will be working both in the classroom and at play.
