Here at Teaching Personnel we have had a request for a Teaching Assistant to work one to one with a pupil in Year 2 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health. The child has behavioural issues and needs some extra one to one support to ensure he makes the correct progress through school.

The school is Sefton, specifically in the Aintree area and is rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted where the passionate Headteacher puts into practice her great determination that pupils should have every opportunity to flourish and makes sure that pupils aim high for themselves.

The school feel that with some additional support the child has more of an opportunity to focus on work and ensure that they are not getting distracted. The child has behavioural issues, he is easily distracted and the school need someone who has experience working with SEN to support the child on a one to one basis.
