SEMH Teaching Assistant – Specialist Provision

Full-Time Position – Monday to Friday

A specialist SEMH provision in Bolton is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support.

The school provides a structured and supportive environment designed to help pupils develop confidence, resilience and positive relationships.

The role will involve

• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Helping pupils access learning and remain engaged in lessons
• Supporting behaviour management strategies
• Acting as a consistent role model for pupils

We are looking for someone who

• Is calm, patient and resilient
• Has experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviour
• Can build positive relationships with pupils
• Is committed to a full-time role
