We are looking for a strong and experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a primary school in M40. The role is based in KS2 and requires someone with solid curriculum knowledge and a calm, patient approach. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who have complex needs, including those who are non-verbal, and be confident using alternative communication methods. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent, structured support that helps the pupil access learning, develop independence and feel secure throughout the school day. This is a full-time role for someone committed, resilient and passionate about making a difference.
The role is Monday - Friday, 08:15 - 15:30.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
