Activities may include emotional literacy sessions, sensory regulation, and creative tasks designed to build social skills and self-esteem. You’ll also help maintain a calm and consistent environment during lessons, breaks, and transitions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or relevant experience
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs (in any setting)
- A calm, nurturing, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
