The School

Teaching Personnel have a long standing relationship with a Client based in Reading. The School are needing some support to get the School back to where it used to be after a recent Ofsted. They cater for Secondary aged boys who have ADHD, SEMH and Autism and can be physically aggressive. They may also experience difficulties with language, communication and imagination, which can impact on how they relate to others.

The Job

The School are looking for 3 Teachers who have a variety of subject specialisms. They will need people to be very resilient and want to be part of a hardworking team who all share the same long term goal. With a number of resources on hand and a very supportive Senior Leadership Team, you will be sure to fit in!

Minimum Requirements

- UK Qualified Teacher Status or Overseas Equivalent
- Previous experience working in a similar School setting, or evidence of strong Behaviour Management
- Taught up to GCSE level
- A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve
- Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support
- A Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or one done through Teaching Personnel
