Secondary Supply Teachers – KS3 & KS4
Location: Great Oakley, Corby
Contract: Full-time / Part-time
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing
Salary: Pay to scale (depending on level of experience)
Are you a passionate and adaptable secondary teacher looking for flexible work across a range of schools? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across our partnership secondary schools in Great Oakley, Corby.

About the Role
As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in a range of subjects, depending on your specialism and school requirements. Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or day-to-day cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, policies, and student needs
- Follow lesson plans provided by the school, or create engaging lessons where required
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress when necessary
- Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to teach at least one subject specialism (all subject areas considered)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
