The Role

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt confidently to different schools, departments, and classroom settings.
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Support students' academic progress and encourage a positive attitude towards learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and school leaders.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous secondary school teaching experience.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• References covering the last 24 months of employment.
• A professional, reliable, and flexible approach.
• Availability for at least 2 days per week.
