Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools (Northamptonshire)

Location: Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Rushden, Raunds & Northampton
Pay: £100 – £150+ per day
Contract: Flexible, Monday to Friday
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Start Date - Immediate 

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for degree-level educators, aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced school staff looking for flexible work within education.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment

• Support students with their work where appropriate

We’re Looking For:

• Educated to degree level (any subject considered)

• Confident managing a classroom environment

• Reliable, professional, and adaptable

• Passionate about working with young people

• Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential
