Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit a reliable and positive Cover Supervisor who ideally has experience working with young people. We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic secondary school, on the outer skirts of Blackburn, who urgently require a Cover Supervisor to cover different subjects throughout the day and manage the pupil’s behaviour.

To be successful in this role, it is important to have strong behaviour management skills, be able to work through your own initiative and to build relationships quickly.
