Job Title: Sec SEN English Tutor
Location: England, Greater London, Merton
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored English tutoring for secondary students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create engaging lesson plans and resources to support student learning and development
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with SEN coordinators and other educators to ensure a holistic approach to student support
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Education or English
- Experience working with students with SEN
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, temporary position
- Work on-site at a secondary school in Merton, Greater London
- Collaborative work environment with other educators and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
