Science Technician - Twickenham Secondary School - APPLY NOW!!

Job description:

  • Supporting the preparation of apparatus, materials and solutions, and setting up equipment
  • Reporting to the Senior Technician
  • Cleaning and routine care of apparatus and equipment to ensure a high standard of safety and hygiene
  • Participation in the organisation and storage of equipment, apparatus and materials, including chemicals.
  • Stock checking and replenishment of laboratories as advised by Teaching and Technical staff
  • Preparing, setting up and removal of equipment for practical examinations and in the provision of a technical service during practical examinations
  • General upkeep of the laboratories and in general laboratories tidiness
  • Interaction with staff and pupils to help deliver the Science curriculum.
