Job description
This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed Teacher to join an all phase special school and its team of highly dedicated professionals.
The position is for a Fully Qualified Science Teacher to work on a full time basis, ideally to start as soon as possible but the school will wait for the right candidate. The role is to teach KS3/KS4 but may suit a Primary trained teacher due to the pupils working to a lower curriculum currently.
Experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is a priority and Science experience would be the secondary criteria.
The role will include being part of our wider team and supporting pupil's independent learning and progress. To work closely with the specialist teaching assistants and will include planning and preparation.
If you wish to apply for this role or require further information, please do not hesitate to get in contact.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
