Science Teacher

Full-time Science teacher required to start in September 2019 for a large secondary school located in the heart of Bolton.

  • Full-time Science teaching role
  • Starting date of September 2019 with interviews to be held imminently
  • Pay in line with MPS/UPS standards (£23,720 - £39,406)
  • 12 month contract on offer with opportunity of permanent employment later in the year.
  • DBS registered to the update service is necessary

Our client secondary school, based in Bolton are seeking to appoint an outstanding Science teacher that is able to join their hardworking and dedicated Science department on a full-time basis in September 2019.

It has been highlighted directly from the Head of Science that they are seeking applications from Science teachers that are wish to gain employment from September and are motivated by the prospect of earning a permanent contract direct with the school.

Science teachers applying for this role must be able to deliver at least one, if not two areas of Science at GCSE level and another area of Science to KS3.

Applicants applying for this Science teaching position be passionate about their specialist subject and will be capable of delivering outstanding and inspirational lessons to their students. It is crucial that teachers are committed to the outcomes of their students and will set high expectations, with the strive to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning.

Our client secondary school holds a good reputation within the local community and is larger than average compared to other schools in the area. The school is ideally located for teachers wishing to travel to the school from areas such as; Wigan, Salford, Bury and other areas in Manchester. Public transport links are of abundance and the school is located just a mile away from the train station.
