Ofsted graded 'Good' school in Manchester seek a Science Teacher to join them from Easter, for a full time post teaching all 3 Science.

Due to a member of staff moving on for promotion, this excellent opportunity for any Science teacher looking to secure their next position in a forward thinking school with excellent progress opportunities available to the incoming Science teacher.

-          Full time Science teacher post from Easter.

-          2 term temporary position initially with permanent opportunity available to the ideal applicant

-          Joining a supportive Science department who achieve excellent results and have state of the art facilities

-          Teaching General Science to KS3 and your subject specialism to GCSE level

This school is was most recently judged by Ofsted to be a ‘Good’ school with ‘Outstanding’ features. The school is renowned for providing a supportive and friendly working environment, in which you receive full support from a strong senior management team.

Science teachers interesting in apply for this position will require:

*QTS/NQT status and a PGCE in Secondary Science

*Experience teaching all areas of Science across key stage 3 and ideally at GCSE (Not essential)

*Firm classroom presence and the ability to engage pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
