Large ‘good’ Secondary School are seeking to appoint a Science Teacher to join their team from September. The school aims to ensure each pupil has the chance to achieve their best, and through this they offer excellent facilities within a well established Science department.

With 1032 pupils on roll, the school is much larger than average, however they hold a strong pride in their close knit community within the secondary school. The successful Science Teacher will have experience teaching both Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four with a knowledge of successful classroom behavioural management strategies.

  • MPS / UPS depending on previous experiences
  • Working within a supportive Science department within a well established team
  • Full time temporary position starting in September, with the prospect of a permanent post
  • Great location, close to the M60 and accessible via public transportation links

The post is initially being offered for two terms, from September with the opportunity to become permanent for the suited Science Teacher. Interviews are being conducted with urgency, so those Teachers who wish to apply are being asked to do so immediately.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
