Science Teacher – Full Time – Manchester

Full time Science Teacher required for an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ school in Manchester from January, 2020 until at least the end of the academic year.

-          Full time position for a Science Teacher or Newly Qualified Science Teacher

-          Working within a large modern secondary school in Manchester graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted

-          Long term position until at least the end of the academic year, with the opportunity for a permanent contract

-          Paid on a weekly basis in line with teaching scale point MPS/UPS (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)

Teaching Personnel are working as recruitment partners for a large modern secondary school in Manchester who require a Science Teacher to join the school after the Christmas holidays or sooner if possible. This is a full time position teaching all 3 Science’s up to GCSE level, with full departmental responsibilities of planning and marking. This position is initially up until the end of the academic year, however the school have expressed there is the opportunity for a permanent contract if both parties are happy at the end of the agreed time period.

Our client school is a large modern secondary school based in Manchester, a short distance from major public transport links as well as being easily accessible by own transport with free on site parking provided for staff. The school has an excellent reputation within the local community and is one of the most sought after schools for parents in the local area. The school has been graded ‘Good’ across all areas in its latest Ofsted report and was particularly praised for the progress made by its pupils, thanks to the ability and influence of the teachers within the school.
