Full-Time Science Teacher – Starting January 2026
Are you an inspiring and dedicated Science Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic educator to join our forward-thinking secondary school from January 2026.
Location: Bacup, Lancashire
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love of learning and curiosity in our students.
About the Role
- Full-time, temporary position starting January 2026
- Teach across the Science curriculum, with opportunities to specialise according to your expertise
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that motivate and inspire students

About You
- A qualified teacher (QTS) with a degree in a Science-related subject
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level
- A strong classroom practitioner with excellent subject knowledge
- Committed to raising student achievement and supporting all learners to reach their potential
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and ready to be part of a collaborative teaching community

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
