Teaching Personnel are currently working in collaboration with a large Secondary School in Grantham. We are now the preferred supplier for the school and working with them to provide high quality staff for all areas such as Teachers, Support Staff and Specialist intervention teachers. Due to this partnership we are currently recruiting for a Biology specialist to work in the OFSTED graded Outstanding school in the Grantham area. The school is located in Grantham and has great public transport links. The school has excellent Science Laboratories, with outstanding equipment.

The successful applicant will be required to deliver lessons across the entire school from Year 7 to Year 13, with a proven track record of raising attainment and exceeding expected levels of progress. Although a Biology specialist will be preferred, we also accept applicants who may be specialised in other areas of science. The ideal candidate will have:

- Qualified Teacher Status (specialising in teaching Science)

- Experience of delivering Biology lessons to at least GCSE

- Knowledge of current assessment practise

- Drive to raise attainment and motivate others

- Creativity, flexibility and resilience
