A dynamic, enthusiastic, and committed Science Early Career Teacher is invited to apply for a permanent position at a highly reputable and Ofsted-rated "GOOD" secondary school and Academy Arts College located in the heart of Essex.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging, coherent and motivating lessons across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and potentially Key Stage 5.
*Develop and enhance the educational experience of all pupils, helping to instil an enthusiasm for science that transcends the classroom.
*Participate in and contribute to the school’s program of extra-curricular activities.
*Implement and adapt curriculum materials in line with departmental and school expectations.
*Work collaboratively with the Science department and other staff members to support student progress.
*Utilize modern educational technology to enrich learning experiences.

Requirements:
*Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be on track to achieve it by September.
*Demonstrable knowledge of the national curriculum for Science.
*Strong understanding of effective teaching strategies for diverse learners.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
*Commitment to professional development and willingness to engage with ongoing training.
*A proactive approach to classroom management and student welfare.
*Newly Qualified Teachers are encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
