Residential Care Staff

Are you looking to get into a childcare based career?

We are recruiting for support workers to work with children who have Autism and Aspergers in the New Forest area of Southampton. The role is full time and we have either days or nights contracts available. We can offer work 7 days a week or support Monday - Friday applications. 

No experience necessary full training and support provided for all new staff, including a full 2 week induction (paid) before you start work. 

Access to a car would be preferable as we are in a hard to reach area on public transport.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting residential care routines for children with special needs
• Supporting independence skills
• Aiding children to communicate effectively
