Receptionist - Maternity Cover - London Bridge

Teaching Personnel is the country's largest provider of quality education staff to schools. We are now seeking a Receptionist for a 12 month maternity cover, who will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external visitors to the Company's flagship office in London Bridge.

Working 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday the role will involve:

• Managing the reception area and meeting and greeting visitors
• Ensuring the reception and the Recruitment Consultant's working area on the floor above is tidy and presentable
• Managing the meeting rooms and bookings
• Dealing with post, booking couriers and ordering of stationery and supplies
• Ordering lunches, booking travel and accommodation as required
• Facilities support to the Managing Directors PA including the setting up of contracts, sourcing quotes, booking engineers etc

The successful applicant will have:

• A polished, professional and courteous manner and appearance
• Confidence, resilience and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills on the telephone, in writing and in person
• Previous reception experience is essential
• A high level of attention to detail and be well organised
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media)
