Hours: Full-time. 8:15am - 3:35pm

About the Role:

As a Primary School Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff.
• Managing phone calls, emails, and general enquiries.
• Assisting with student admissions, attendance records, and data entry.
• Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
• Ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively to support our school community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SIMS (or similar school programmes) 
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• Experience in a school or similar environment.
