Early Years Teacher needed in Daventry

  • Ofsted graded 'Good' School
  • Competitive Rates of Pay - Up to £150 a day
  • Two Form Entry School - Joint Planning

I am currently working on behalf of a primary school in Daventry who are looking for a nurturing and passionate Early Years Teacher / Early Years NQT. Ideally you will have been recognised as a 'Good' teacher in recent observations and have the teaching skills to deliver fun lessons whilst still imparting relevant content. The ideal individual should be able to think on their feet and continuously work towards pupil progress and plan inclusive lessons. You will have the organisational and communication ability to devise, plan, and deliver purposeful and structured lessons that will cater to every student and their varying needs.

As an Early Years Teacher / Early Years NQT your role will involve you teaching one of the lovely Early Years classes. Day-to-day, you will be moving your career in the right direction by taking an active role in CPD, using the training and development opportunities on offer to grow as a teacher. You will have the assistance of a full-time Teaching Assistant who is a talented graduate looking to prove themselves. To help you get to grips with your new position and adapt to your new school you with receive the help and guidance of a caring and dependable Parallel Teacher. At this school you will have access to a range of impressive resources, including an outside learning area bright and airy classrooms and unrestricted access to a dedicated music and arts room that makes teaching fun and innovative.
