Job description

Job Title: Qualified Tutor

Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • - Plan and deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
  • - Assess student learning needs and develop personalised learning plans
  • - Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress
  • - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • - Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
  • - Stay updated on educational best practises and curriculum changes

Required Qualifications:

  • - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
  • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • - Ability to motivate and inspire students

Education:

  • - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • - Proven experience in tutoring or teaching

Knowledge and Skills:

  • - In-depth knowledge of the UK education system
  • - Strong understanding of different learning styles
  • - Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • - Master's degree in Education
  • - Additional teaching certifications

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
