Qualified Teacher Required for Specialist School

Teaching Personnel are looking for a strong, enthusiastic teacher to work at a specialist School this summer term!

The role is to continue for the rest of the academic year with potential for it to continue on in September and turn permanent for the right teacher. Applications welcome from both primary, secondary, special school and mainstream Teachers.

About the School;

This special school provides 70 places for students between the ages of 10 - 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH). Their aim is to provide stimulating learning opportunities, through a robust, exciting, responsive, progressive curriculum and highly qualified, motivated and experienced teachers and learning support teams. They also provide opportunities for pupils to enhance their life chances of through academic, personal and social development through the normal curriculum, the residential provision and the interaction with the wider environment.

The role will be teaching cross curriculum to KS 2, 3 & 4 students. These students will have differing levels of learning and will require tailored learning plans to support them with their additional needs which as well as SEMH can often also include ASC, ADHD and MLD
