This role provides exceptional hands-on experience assisting students with additional needs while advancing your expertise in behaviour, cognition, and emotional wellbeing.

Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating individual and small group learning access for pupils
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to deliver personalised education plans
• Promoting constructive behaviour patterns and emotional self-regulation
• Applying your psychology education to interpret and address student requirements

Ideal candidates:

• Possess a Psychology degree (or related qualification)
• Demonstrate passion for child development, mental health, or SEN
• Show compassion, patience, and enthusiasm in education
• In school experience of any kind.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
