Role Overview:

• Provide tailored academic and emotional support to individual pupils or small groups.
• Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing learning environment for all pupils.
• Encourage the development of pupils' social skills, emotional wellbeing, and independence.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to meet pupils’ needs.

Candidate Requirements:
