Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with additional learning needs or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges

• Deliver targeted interventions under the guidance of SEN and pastoral staff

• Work 1:1 and in small groups to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and academic confidence

• Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment

• Assist with tracking progress and maintaining clear records on student development

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, patient and proactive approach to working with young people

• Passionate about mental health, inclusion and education

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
