Psychology Graduate Behaviour Support Assistants – Guildford & Surrounding Areas

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children and young people?
We’re recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants for a range of mainstream and SEN schools across Guildford and nearby areas.

Use your psychology background to make a real impact, supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs while developing valuable experience for a future career in education or psychology.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Psychology (or related subject)

  • Strong communication, empathy, and resilience

  • Experience with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
