Are you a qualified Teacher seeking work in the Blackburn area?
If so, Teaching Personnel work closely with a Blackburn based School which is seeking a Teacher to deliver a range of lessons to their KS3/4 pupils. The School caters for pupils with SEMH difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and pupils who can display challenging behaviours. The School is smaller than average and currently provides support for around 80 pupils.
The candidate must be a qualified Teacher with QTS and the candidate must be hard working, have experience delivering a range of subjects and be willing to teach pupils who are often harder to reach or difficult in their behaviours.
The role will be full time and it is likely to start after the Easter holidays. The role will require candidates to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils as well as full classroom teaching.
The successful candidate will benefit from
* negotiable pay rates £90 - 130 per day
* long term position available
* rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
