Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a number of local primary schools in the ST17 area. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about helping children thrive and develop across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities

• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups to support progress and confidence

• Helping to organise classroom resources and maintain a positive learning space

• Encouraging good behaviour and active participation

• Providing additional support for pupils with specific learning or behavioural needs

About You:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable

• Patient, caring, and committed to supporting young learners

• Adaptable and confident working across different year groups

• Comfortable managing behaviour and building strong relationships with pupils
