Primary Teaching Assistant – Brewood and Surrounding Areas
Location: Brewood, Staffordshire (and surrounding rural areas)
Pay: £89 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Flexible day-to-day and ongoing roles available
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a number of lovely rural primary schools in the Brewood area.
These schools are friendly, community-focused, and looking for reliable, adaptable support staff to assist with day-to-day cover and short-term placements. This role is ideal for local candidates or those who drive, due to the rural location and spread of schools in the area.
Your Role:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
-
Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning attitudes
-
Assist with classroom organisation and daily routines
-
Work flexibly across different year groups and schools
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)

A positive, adaptable, and caring attitude
-
Confidence supporting pupils across different age groups
-
Access to transport or based locally due to rural locations
-
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
