Pay: £89 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Primary Teaching Assistants Needed – Stafford

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support local primary schools in the ST17 area of Stafford. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Your Role:

• Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities

• Work with children individually and in small groups to support learning progress

• Assist with classroom organisation and resources

• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Support pupils with additional needs where required

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable

• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners

• Adaptable and reliable, able to work across different age groups

• Confident with behaviour management
