Primary Teacher – Flexible Across All Year Groups (South Sheffield & Chesterfield)

We are seeking professionals who can deliver high-quality teaching and learning across all primary key stages, from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of effective classroom management, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential.
- Build positive relationships with staff, pupils, and parents, contributing to a cohesive and inclusive school culture.
- Adapt seamlessly to the ethos and expectations of each school, maintaining professionalism and high standards at all times.
- Participate in the assessment and progress monitoring of pupils, ensuring teaching strategies are tailored to meet individual learning needs.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with recognised experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- A proven ability to adapt teaching methods to suit varying classroom dynamics and year groups.
- A reflective practitioner who is proactive in seeking professional development and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive and productive relationships within school communities.
