Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a supportive primary school in Stockton-on-Tees, currently seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of their team as the new academic year begins.

Start Date: September
Role: Full-time Primary Teaching Assistant
What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
-
Providing tailored support for pupils through small group work and one-to-one interventions
-
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being in the classroom
-
Helping with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and day-to-day learning activities
-
Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
✔ Shows a genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their full potential
✔ Communicates effectively and works well in a team
✔ Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
