Primary Teacher - Supporting Pupils with Challenging Behaviour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils.
• Build positive relationships with students to support their emotional and social development.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure pupils' progress and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to individual education plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential – candidates with a passion for working with children and an understanding of challenging behaviour are encouraged to apply.
• Strong classroom management skills or a willingness to learn.
• A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent).
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
