Part Time (0.6) Teacher Y4

A school in Preston are seeking to appoint a part-time teacher to join their KS2 staffing team. The school is currently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted and has ambitions to become outstanding upon their next inspection. The number of pupils in the class accessing additional funding is below national average as is the number of pupils with SEN and EAL.
The school are wanting an ambitious teacher who is keen to try new teaching methods and make lessons engaging and memorable for the pupils. There are high expectations within the school and the appointed person needs to be able to meet these expectations.
NQTs and RQTs are welcome to apply but some experience in KS2 is essential.
There is the possibility of extended hours delivering interventions to pupils from across KS2 but this will be dependent on the candidates availability.
