Primary Teacher

A Primary Teaching Position has just become available in a fantastic school in Wisbech. The school is 3 form entry with over 400 pupils on role, as well as a well established SLT with strong ambitions and a real vision for the future of the school and its pupils.

Whether you are a Newly Qualified Teacher, or a Fully Qualified Teacher with years of experience/ overseas equivalent; as long as you hold QTS then we would like to hear from you.

Ideal applicants will also be required to:

• Support children with challenging behaviour
• Have their own transport
• Have a professional level of classroom management skills
• Possess Extensive knowledge of the curriculum
• Be able to motivate and encourage primary school children to learn
• Engage and motivate pupils by making classes interactive and stimulating

You will also be supported by a Teaching Assistant who will provide overall class support, as well as work on a 1 to 1 basis with SEN pupils. The year groups you will be teaching is a mixed year 5 and 6 class and because there are varying levels of ability in the class, your teaching support and ability to adapt will be of great value to both the school and the pupils.

Successful applicants will be expected to start as soon as possible; therefore we need someone who will be committed to making a real difference to the educational progression of all the pupils in the class.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
