Primary Teacher – Full Time – Winchester
Start Date: Immediate and September 2025 Starts Available
Location: Winchester, Hampshire
Contract Type: Full Time, Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Teaching Personnel is currently working closely with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in the Winchester area, who are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join their team. The school has availability for an immediate start, as well as opportunities for September 2025.
This is a full-time role, covering either KS1 or KS2 depending on your experience and preference. The school offers a supportive environment, excellent resources, and a commitment to professional development. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to transition onto a direct contract with the school.
The ideal candidate will:

UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Demonstrate strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style

Be enthusiastic about making learning engaging and inclusive

Have recent experience teaching in a primary setting

Be committed to the wider school community and pupil development
