Southampton, KS2 Teacher
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and adaptable Key Stage 2 Teacher seeking a part-time role within a welcoming and supportive school in Southampton.
We are working closely with one of our valued partner schools to appoint a skilled teacher for a 2-day-per-week position, starting after the Easter break and continuing through the entirety of the summer term (Terms 5 and 6). This is a PPA cover role, offering variety and the chance to make a real impact across multiple year groups within Key Stage 2.
This position would suit a confident and flexible practitioner who thrives in different classroom environments and enjoys building quick, positive relationships with pupils and staff alike. As part of your role, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of classes, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining high expectations for behaviour and engagement.

The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Be adaptable, organised, and confident working across different year groups
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Be committed to providing high-quality learning experiences for all pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
