Supply Teacher – Flexible Primary Teaching Roles in Lymington
Location: Lymington and surrounding areas
Start Date: Ongoing – Immediate Opportunities Available
Work Pattern: Flexible day-to-day supply (full or part-time)
Pay: £130 – £180 per day (based on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of warm and welcoming primary schools in the Lymington area, who are in need of reliable and enthusiastic supply teachers to step in on a day-to-day basis across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

About the Role:

Covering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 – based on your preference and experience
-
Delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
-
Ensuring continuity of learning and creating a positive, safe classroom environment
-
Working across a variety of supportive, well-resourced local schools
-
Gaining exposure to different school cultures and classroom styles
We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher with QTS (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome)

A flexible and adaptable mindset – confident working in different settings
-
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
-
A genuine passion for helping pupils succeed, even in short-term placements
-
Someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
