Year 3 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Radcliffe (Immediate Start Available)
Teaching Personnel is excited to be working alongside a warm and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team. This full-time role (8:30am – 3:30pm) is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 3 pupils
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support
- Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that values every learner
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the curriculum
- Participate in ongoing CPD to further develop your teaching skills and knowledge
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Year 3 or across Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Confidence in adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational approaches
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology to support and enrich teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
