Year 3 Teacher Opportunity – Full-Time Role in Radcliffe (Immediate Start)

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe, currently seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time role (8:30 am – 3:30 pm), with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to Year 3 pupils
  • Track and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and support
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all learners feel valued
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and enhance teaching practices
  • Take part in ongoing professional development to refine your skills and approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 3 or within a Key Stage 2 setting
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Ability to adapt lessons to support pupils with varying needs
  • A solid understanding of the national curriculum and current educational practices
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in using technology to support teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
