Primary Teacher – Full-Time - January Start

Are you a passionate Primary Teacher with QTS looking for an exciting new challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Primary Teacher at a welcoming campus in Poole. This role offers the chance to work with pupils aged 2 to 19 years, across both primary and secondary settings.


About the Role

This is a rewarding position where you will deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and encourage creativity.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to create a positive classroom environment that promotes progress and achievement.

This is a full-time role with an immediate start, offering stability and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Supporting students to build confidence and achieve academic success.
  • Creating a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching at primary level.
  • A minimum of six months’ childcare experience, ideally supporting students with additional needs.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire confidence in learners.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.

Experience working with students who require additional support will be highly beneficial.
