About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teacher with QTS to join a supportive and well-resourced school in Poole.

This is a full time position with an immediate start, with opportunities to teach across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary phases depending on experience and preference.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learners

Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence

Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and the wider teaching team

Monitor progress and contribute to personalised learning pathways

Foster a calm and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
To be successful, applicants must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong communication and organisational skills
-
A patient, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
