About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher with QTS to join a highly supportive and well-resourced school in Poole.

This is a full time, immediate start vacancy, with the potential to work across Early Years, Primary, and Secondary phases depending on experience and preference.
Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to learners’ needs

Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and senior staff
-
Support pupils in developing communication, personal growth, and independence
-
Contribute to a nurturing learning environment built on encouragement and trust
Requirements
To be considered for the role, applicants must have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
A minimum of 6 months childcare or education-based experience, ideally supporting children with additional learning needs

A patient, flexible, and supportive approach to teaching

Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
