The Lancashire Primary branches at Teaching Personnel currently work in partnership with schools across the county of Lancashire, providing teachers; teaching assistants; SEN support assistants; as well as other school-based roles. As of this academic year, a total of 130 schools have worked directly with the agency in order to source temporary, long term and permanent staff within primary mainstream schools. 

We recognise the importance of you being happy in the role you undertake and therefore take into great consideration your work preferences, which include: location/ time spent travelling; accessibility by public transport; year group/ key stage; and number of days per week.

You will be well supported by a Primary specialist consultant within the location, who will be available to contact throughout your placement in school. You will also be designated a mentor within the school as necessary to assist you through your first year in teaching and provided with designated time alongside your PPA time to enable you to undertake any additional tasks as required, CPD sessions, etc.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
