Primary Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel Plymouth are seeking teaching assistants, carers, support assistants and health care assistants that are passionate about primary education or want to broaden their experience within EYFS.

Whats required?

- Have a calm and approachable manor with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and reliable
- Have the ability to be able to support pupils 1:1 or in part of a small team
- Use of positive behaviour management strategies
- Have experience building a safe and engaging environment for a persons well-being
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in the relevant subject
